RUGGED CISCO 3750-X 1U ROUTER
The Rugged Core Systems 3750-X Cisco Integrated Services Router (ISR) has been carefully redesigned and repackaged using aluminium over steel to reduce the chassis depth and to lighten the overall system weight.
- To comply with DO-160 aircraft power requirements, Core Systems converts the AC power to a mil-circular 38999 connector for 18-36VDC
- All internal components are locked down using our precise robotic potting technique.
- 4x Gigabit Ethernet (GbE) SFP or 2x 10GbE SFP+ uplink network modules and an industry-first PoE+
- 30W power on all ports
- USB Type-A and Type-B ports for storage and console respectively
RUGGED CISCO 2901 1U ROUTER
The Rugged Core Systems 2901 Cisco Integrated Services Router (ISR) has been carefully redesigned and repackaged using aluminium over steel to reduce the depth and weight.

RUGGED CISCO 3548 1U SWITCH
The rugged 3548 is a hardened 2U 3548 Cisco Ethernet Switch machined out of solid aircraft aluminium sheets to lighten the chassis for payload sensitive requirements.
- Perfect for applications that require thermal, shock, vibration, altitude, and humidity conditions not offered by the standard commercial Cisco version.
- Milled from solid blocks of aircraft aluminium to provide unmatched structural rigidity.
- Unmatched structural rigidity.
- 0.25″ to 0.50″ thick 6061T-651 strain-hardened structural aircraft aluminium
- All the components on the Cisco board are potted for vibration resistance.
- Boards are conformal-coated for humidity and tin whiskering
The rugged RCAT-4948E is a hardened 2U 4948E Cisco Ethernet Switch machined out of solid aircraft aluminium sheets to lighten the chassis for payload sensitive requirements.
- Perfect for applications that require thermal, shock, vibration, altitude, and humidity conditions not offered by the standard commercial Cisco version.
- Custom connections, external cable sets, and custom AC or DC power requirements are available.
- All the components on the Cisco board are potted for vibration resistance.
- Boards are conformal-coated for humidity and tin whiskering.
